Overview 7/10
Mansion poker is a relatively new room that is part of the Mansion gaming company. Mansion runs a well established casino and sportsbook, so the poker room is a new extension of this company. The room is quite new and so will naturally need a little more time before it becomes a heavy hitter in the online poker industry, but the software and reliability of the room means it is giving itself the best opportunity to reach this goal.
Software 8/10
The software at the Mansion poker room is very sleek and runs smoothly. However, the table game pace is slightly slower than you will find at other rooms, which can become a little tiresome if you are used to fast-paced action when playing online poker. The lobby has the useful extra features of being able to sort through the tables via tabs at the top of the screen, which will order the tables under different headings such tournaments and cash games. The table design and layout is unlike any other poker room, which will provide you with a unique poker experience if you are looking for a new site to try out.
Traffic 6/10
The volume of traffic is Mansion Poker's biggest downfall. The room simply has not been around long enough to obtain a high number of players like some of the online poker industry's heavy hitters. The quality software and support means that room has a bright future and will eventually have a good player volume, but in the meantime it has far less players than most of the other popular online poker rooms.
Competition 6/10
Like most rooms with small player volumes, the soft competition is not in abundance. In spite of this however, Mansion Poker is part of the Mansion gaming company which also hosts casino and sportsbook betting, which will attract players from these areas into the poker room. This means that Mansion will have a number of players that are happier to take risks with their money and are happier to give some away in exchange for their entertainment. It is for this reason that Pacific Poker has such soft competition, so if Mansion follows in its footsteps, it will have a very promising future.
Support 8/10
Mansion runs a well established sportsbook and has been doing so for a long time before they decided to start a poker room. Therefore you can expect the Mansion support services to be of a very high standard. Although the room is Australian based, you can still expect to receive replies to all of your email queries promptly at any time of the day. The support staff are also very friendly.
Bonus 7/10

Mansion offers a 100% up to $500 sign up bonus to all new depositing players using the bonus code 'POKERBANK'. This bonus will be released into your poker account at $10 increments for every 60 MCPs (Mansion Club Points) that you accumulate. The MCPs are accumulated through participating is raked hands and paying tournament fees. The number of MCPs you receive depends on how much rake is generated in each hand.
