Step 0: Delete cookies.

Rakeback Cookies

This step is to make sure that you will get tracked as a rakeback player when you sign up to Absolute Poker. It is not essential, but it does help to prevent any possible problems with tracking.

Step 1: Visit Absolute Poker.

Sign up for 30% rakeback at Absolute Poker

The above link is a unique link that tracks you as a rakeback player when you visit the Absolute Poker website. Make sure that you use this link, and only this link, to visit the Absolute Poker site after clearing your cookies.

Step 2: Download the software and use the referral code 30ARM.

Install the Absolute Poker software and load it up. Click "Login" and then click to create a new account. When you are taken to the Absolute Poker account sign up form, enter the referral code 30ARM.

Absolute Poker Rakeback Referral Code

This is a special rakeback referral code that lets AbsolutePoker know that you are signing up as a rakeback player.

Step 3: Tell me your Absolute Poker username.

USERNAME: (required)
EMAIL ADDRESS: (required)

Just as it is with Ultimate Bet rakeback, at Absolute Poker I have to pay your rakeback manually, which means that I will need to know your username so I know where to send the rakeback payments. After you have submitted your username your rakeback payments will be made just like they are at other rakeback rooms.

Your email is just for verification purposes. I'm not going to spam you.

Step 4: Done!

After following the unique rakeback link at the top of this page, using the referral code 30ARM when signing up and coming back here to submit your Absolute Poker username, you should be all set to start receiving your rakeback payments.

If you have any questions at all, please contact me and I'll get back to you as quickly as I can.

Absolute Poker is a sister site to Ultimate Bet, but Ultimate Bet is more like the bigger, older brother. Absolute Poker has all the same pros that UB has, such as; HEM/PT3 compatible, US friendly, high player traffic and so on, which makes it a great alternative to Full Tilt rakeback.

If you haven't got an account at UB, I'd prefer to sign up for rakeback with Ultimate Bet over Absolute Poker as UB is a more established room. All in all though the difference is small though and you wouldn't be missing out on anything if you do choose to sign up for Absolute Poker.

Rakeback deal.

30%

The maximum amount of rakeback you can get at rooms on the Cereus network is 30%, which is what I'm offering for Absolute Poker.

Absolute Poker rakeback calculation.

Contributed Rakeback MethodAbsolute Poker uses the contributed rakeback calculation method. This is the most common rakeback calculation method used at online poker rooms.

To give an example of how this works, let's say that you have just finished playing a hand where the final pot size was $100. Out of that $100, you contributed $30. 5% rake will be taken from this $30 that you contributed to the pot, which is $1.50. Your 30% rakeback will then be calculated from this $1.50, leaving you with 45c of rakeback for that particular hand.

If you do not play in hands and contribute money to the pot, you will not be earning rakeback. The more money you contribute to the pot, the more rakeback you will earn.

What are the different types of rakeback calculations?

Absolute Poker rakeback payments.

Your rakeback is paid by the 15th of the month for the previous month's play.

So if you generated $100 of rakeback in the month of June, you should receive that $100 by the 15th of July.

AbsolutePoker bonus and rakeback.

Absolute Poker Bonus Is Deducted From Rakeback CalculationsAbsolute Poker deducts bonus money from your MGR before calculating your 30% rakeback payment.

During the bonus period at Absolute, bonus money will be deducted from your MGR. This is totally standard for rakeback deals. The bonus + rakeback still ends up working in your favour at the end of the day.

To give an example, lets say that you generate $200 in rake at Absolute Poker in your first month, and in that same month you earn $100 of bonus money. Normally you would receive 30% of this $200 as rakeback, but because you have earned bonus money, $100 will be taken from this $200 MGR.

You are then left with $100 ($200 - $100 bonus money) in MGR and you will get 30% rakeback from that, which leaves you with $30 in rakeback plus the $100 worth of bonus money.

Can I get rakeback at Absolute Poker if I already have an account?

I'm afraid not. Furthermore, as of March 25th 2011, it's not possible to open a rakeback account at another room on this network (e.g. UB Poker) if you have an existing account at any room on this network.

If you're interested in more alternatives to Absolute Poker rakeback, contact me and we can work out which room is best suited to your needs.
