The chances are that you got to this page looking for a Bodog referral number. However, to ensure you get the top Bodog bonus, enter the Bonus bonus code POKERBANK in to the box above it that asks "How did you hear about us?".
Make sure that you leave the Bodog referral number box blank.
Note: If you visit Bodog through the links on this site, the referral number box will not appear. This is normal.
Do I have to use a Bodog bonus code?
Every new player should receive the 110% up to $500 bonus from Bodog, so you do not have to enter anything in either of these two boxes. You should still get the bonus whether you use a bonus code or not.
However, now that you are at this page, you may as well enter the bonus code POKERBANK to make sure that you are able to get the new player bonus after making your first deposit. Better to be safe than sorry!
What about the Bodog referral number box?
The Bodog referral number box is actually only used if you have a friend that plays at Bodog and has referred you to the room. There is no bonus or anything like that for entering something in to this box, so just leave it blank.

The Bodog new player bonus is split up in to a 10% instant bonus and a secondary 100% up to $500 bonus that can be redeemed by playing for real money.
As mentioned, you do not need to enter a bonus code in to the "How did you hear about us?" box, but using the above code secures the bonus for you (so why not?).

Bodog bonus example.
Aaron signs up to Bodog and makes a deposit of $400. Aaron then receives an additional $40 bonus in to his account for him to play with straight away. This is the instant 10% bonus.
Within the first 30 days of play, Aaron accumulates 1,000 player points, and so an additional $100 in bonus money is placed in to his account. This is from the 100% up to $500 secondary bonus (Aaron could have got up to $400 if he had played more within the 30 day period).
