Below is a table of poker rooms that are both US friendly and offer rakeback.
Unfortunately, there are not a lot of rooms that offer rakeback and accept US players at the same time, which means that your choices as a US player looking for a rakeback room are limited.
Nonetheless, the US poker rakeback rooms below are easily the more popular rakeback rooms that players choose from anyway.

Which US friendly rakeback room is the best?
Full Tilt is the top rakeback poker room overall, so it's an obvious choice for the top US friendly rakeback poker room. There are 3 main reasons why Full Tilt is such a great room:
- Very high volume of traffic.
- Great software.
- Softer competition than average.
In addition to this, Full Tilt is Mac, PT and Holdem Manager compatible (see the poker software page for more information on these tracking programs). So even though the Full Tilt rakeback deal of 27% is smaller than most, the room pretty much offers the full package for any US residing regular online poker player.
Alternative US rakeback poker rooms to Full Tilt.
If you already have an account at Full Tilt or you are looking for an alternative US rakeback room for whatever reason, the two most popular options for US friendly rakeback are Ultimate Bet and Cake Poker.
Full Tilt is closely followed by UB, with Cake poker in a steady 3rd position.
- Ultimate Bet is pretty much on par with FT, but it does have less player traffic.
- Cake Poker has a slightly higher rakeback % but less traffic again. The software is not as good though and there are more regular grinders at the tables.
I would recommend Ultimate Bet to most players because it is compatible with Macs, PT and HEM. It also actually has better support than FT and has good overall player traffic (although definitely not as much as Full Tilt).
Is it legal to play poker and receive rakeback in the US?
Yes it's perfectly legal to play poker in the US and it's just as safe for you to receive rakeback as a US online poker player.
As I mention on the US online poker rooms page, to the best of my knowledge there is nothing wrong with playing poker online and you're not going to be arrested or get in to trouble for doing so.
